NBA All-Star LeBron James announced his latest venture outside of basketball. This summer he’ll co-produce and star in a new reality TV series called “Cleveland Hustles” on CNBC.
Along with longtime friend and business partner, Maverick Carter, James will offer four aspiring local entrepreneurs the chance to realize their own dreams while revitalizing a neighborhood in Cleveland.
Business experts will invest in and guide the would-be entrepreneurs, while creating jobs for the Cleveland economy with their fledging enterprises.
James recently signed a movie development deal with Warner Bros., and his SpringHill Entertainment company currently produces “Survivor’s Remorse” on Starz. He’s also producing “Becoming,” a program on Disney XD.
