Virginia Beach Perfect weekend weather made for a great Africana 2018.Saturday’s day party at Ocean 27 with Dee Polite and her band, Phenomenal Sounds, along with lots of shopping and food booths on the boardwalk, kept thousands entertained before the Funk Fest party that night.
