Isaias Plummets Hampton Roads: Scenes From Suffolk

HAMPTON ROADS
Tropical Storm Isaias unleashed heavy winds, rain and multiple tornados as it blew through Hampton Roads on Monday night on its northward march. Power outages affected more than 250,000 residents and downed trees and property damage were heavy in some areas.
