Sometimes, you have to be mindful of what part
Of the healing process a woman is in.
Some were taught to hold it in.
Some were taught to address it right then.
Some were taught that if they spoke up it was a
Sin.
Some were taught to go within.
Some are at the stage where they can’t say no.
Some are at the stage where they can finally say
Hell No.
Some are at the stage where they can let it go.
Some are in the stage where they are processing to
Learn how to
Let it flow.
Some can admit that sometimes they just don’t
Know.
Maybe that’s one of the amazing things about life.
You meet amazing women who teach you how to
Get through the
Strife.
Letting you know sista, you gone be alright.
