Gov. Elect Speaks At Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce

HAMPTON ROADS
The Hampton Roads Chamber of Coerce welcomed Govenor-Elect Ralph Northam as its keynote speaker during the group’s annual meeting on December 13 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. The annual end of year event highlights the area’s business and economic development which Chamber President and CEO Bryan Stephens described as “sound,” and “increasing.” Northam said his top priority on business development was “to make sure we can put Virginia back in that No. 1 position.” He called for focus and expansion of jobs in the science and technology fields which he called 21st century careers.
