Inspirational Message: Praise God for His Patient, Endless and Unconditional Love Through Jesus Christ!

It is so easy to let the trials of the moment strip us of the memory of God’s protection and His provisions. How does God respond to our unending troubles? David tells us in Psalm 34:15-22 that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. We are reminded that even in the midst of our worst sorrows, God can always be trusted. Jesus cried out on the cross asking if God had forsaken Him (Matthew 27:46). With love for us, He endured so much suffering and pain for our sins. Without doubt, we find comfort in God’s nearness.

How can we love like God or can we love like God? John’s gospel letters and the book of Revelation enlighten us about God’s love through Jesus Christ. In John 15:12 the disciples were informed of a new commandment from Jesus to love each other just as He loves us. God wants followers of Christ to love passionately with perfection as a final goal. God, being unseen, remains in us and His love is made perfect within us! This is how we know that we remain in Him and He remains in us, because He has given us a measure of His Spirit. We also know that Jesus was sent to be the Savior of the world. Loving each other is an extension of God’s love revealed to us through Jesus Christ. Wise men still seek Jesus for answers to problems of our world.

To love like God loves, there must be no exceptions with friends, known enemies, relatives, co-workers, bosses, employees and include gender differences and racial classifications. The list is endless and is constantly changing because we are human. In Matthew 5:44, Jesus tells us plainly to love our enemies and to pray for those who mistreat us! Must we love those who never think our lives matter? Should we forgive them?

Does forgiveness help us? Matthew 6:14-15 tell us to forgive others so that God will forgive us as well. If we do not forgive others, God will not forgive our wrongdoing. Again in Matthew 18:21-35, Jesus tells us to forgive seventy times seven. Read this entire story to learn how generous Jesus wants us to become as His followers.

It is so easy to become ungrateful as we access our problems. In every problem, let us continue to praise God for His everlasting goodness and His eternal love for us! In every situation, let us always praise God for His patient, endless and unconditional love. Let us continue to pray for boldness to follow God’s commands through Jesus Christ to love one another. This love saves us for eternity!
