The Virginia Beach Funk Fest brought thousands to the oceanfront to enjoy some old school music and summertime fun this past weekend (Aug. 25-26). The Funk Fest featured popular 80s musical artists Evelyn “Champagne” King and Confunshun on Friday night and Vivian Green with the 5 Star Band and the Bark Kays on Saturday night. The Virginia Beach Funk Fest Beach Party was free and open to the public.
