Virginia African-American Cultural Center To Hold Its Fourth Annual Fundraising, Signature Golf Tournament on June 19, 2025
The Virginia African-American Cultural Center will host its Fourth Annual Signature Golf Tournament on June 19, 2025, in Virginia Beach, supporting its mission to celebrate and preserve Black history and culture across the Commonwealth.

VIRGINIA BEACH
The Virginia African-American Cultural Center, Inc. will hold its Fourth Annual Golf Tournament on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Cypress Point Country Club, 5340 Club Head Road, in Virginia Beach.
“We are so excited to host our Fourth Annual Golf Tournament,” said Dr. Angela Gregg, VAACC Vice Chair, and chair of the Signature Golf Tournament “We had such remarkable success with the tournament last year and are looking forward to another amazing event this year. Our sponsors are so generous and supportive, and we appreciate them very much because of their support our golf tournament is a success.
Sponsorships range from as little as $200 up to $5,000.
A Foursome registration is only $475 or individual golfers can join in for $125. You may also donate money to support us, without golfing. For detailed information about our sponsorship levels, visit our website.
There is a special event for skilled golfers: The $1 million dollar hole in one on HOLE 18!
The mission of the Virginia African-American Cultural Center is: “To collect, preserve, interpret, inform and celebrate Virginia’s African-American history, culture and community and to educate the public about African-Americans’ contributions in all areas of endeavor.”
The Virginia African-American Cultural Center will be a place where residents and visitors can learn about the richness and diversity of the African-American experience relating to their lives, historically, aesthetically, and culturally. The Center will transcend race and unite the history of many older communities by sharing stories that shaped the fabric of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
