Sixth Annual Holy Convocation of Virginia 4th Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ Inc.

On Thursday July 30, 2015 @ 7:30 p.m., Bishop J. Drew Sheard of Detroit, Michigan will be the guest speaker at Cathedral Of Faith Church located at 2020 Portlock Road Chesapeake, VA at the Sixth Annual Holy Convocation of the Virginia 4th Jurisdiction where Bishop G. Wesley Hardy Sr., serves as Jurisdictional Prelate. The convocation will convene July 28, 2015 – August 1, 2015.

Bishop J. Drew Sheard, is the Senior Pastor of the 3,000 member Greater Emmanuel Institutional COGIC of Detroit, Michigan. Sheard also serves as the Jurisdictional Prelate of the North Central Jurisdiction of Michigan and as a member of the General Board (The denominations governing body). Bishop Sheard and his family were the stars of their own reality series, “The Sheards” on the BET Network. Sheard is the husband of GRAMMY award winner and gospel music legend Karen Clark-Sheard of the renowned Clark Sisters. Sheard is also the father of two children, Dove and Stellar award winner Kierra “KeKe” Sheard, who is also a judge on BET’s Sunday’s Best; and well known music producer J. Drew Sheard II.
