Refunds, Returns & Advertising Policy

Overview

All purchases made through The New Journal and Guide (NJG) are subject to the terms outlined below. Due to the nature of our products and services, most sales are final.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for review.


Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Digital advertising placements
Sponsored content and advertorials
Digital subscriptions or downloads
Print advertising (once published or scheduled)
Event promotions and announcements
Newspapers, magazines, or archived editions

Once an ad is approved and scheduled, NJG cannot issue refunds due to timing, performance expectations, or creative preference changes.


Refund Eligibility (Limited Circumstances)

Refunds may be considered only if:

NJG fails to publish an ad due to internal error
Incorrect billing occurred
A duplicate charge was processed

Refunds will not be issued for missed deadlines, client-supplied errors, or changes requested after approval.


Refund Review Process

If a refund request qualifies for review:

You will be notified via email once your request is received
NJG will review the request within a reasonable timeframe
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing times vary depending on banks and payment providers.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you believe a refund is delayed:

Check your bank or card statement
Contact your card issuer for processing timelines
If the issue persists, contact NJG directly


Exchanges & Corrections

NJG does not offer exchanges.
However, factual corrections to ads or sponsored content may be made prior to publication, subject to deadlines and approval.


Shipping & Physical Products

If applicable, physical items must be returned unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable.
