Rebecca’s Well: #45 and his Politics Fruit Bearing Trees

I have been writing on the theme “PoliticsTrees since 2012: “The PoliticsTrees of then President Barack Obama and contender Mitt Romney. And later in 2016, “The PoliticsTrees of Hillary Clinton and now WH resident #45.

God at sundry times uses the tree as symbolic of the human being’s life. Jesus says, “If they do this in a green tree ( meaning Himself as The Creator of Life ), what shall be done in the dry?” ( Luke 23:31)

The Bible states: “Ye shall know them by their fruits…Every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit. Neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.” (Matthew 7:16-20) So we know people by what they say and do.

Consider the Biblical Nebuchadnezzar Tree in the 4th chapter of the Prophet Daniel. “The Holy One From Heaven said, Hew down the tree and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit … nevertheless leave the stump of his roots in the earth…” (Dan 4:14-15). Within 12 months, the dream came true and Nebuchadnezzar lost his mind and kingdom for 7 seasons or years. After 7 years, he repented, worshipped God and his mind and kingdom were restored to him.

We all bear aspects of The Nebuchadnezzar Tree in that the old Adamic self must be cut off and the roots of our lives rekindled with life from Jerusalem Above, The Messianic Kingdom Of Jesus Christ. All human beings must be “born again” “… That they may be called trees of righteousness,the planting of the Lord, that He might be Glorified.” (Isaiah 61:3)

“The Lord is longsuffering to usward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to Repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9) The Father wills that all should live righteous lives and manifest good fruit through Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Those who willfully reject Jesus will be subject to the fateful scripture: “And Now Also The Axe Is Laid Unto The Root Of The Trees …”

The Bible states,”do not cut down the trees that are good for meat and useful for producing good fruit. For the tree of the field is man’s life. Only the trees which thou knoweth that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down …” (Deuteronomy 20:19-20)

We are unaware of any good fruit bearing by #45 and his politics fruit bearing trees. Therefore, stand still and listen for the sound of falling TIMBER as announced by the text: “And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.” (Matthew 3:10)
