India Kager and her boyfriend Angelo Perry, were shot to death inside of a vehicle while sitting in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven on Lynnhaven Parkway on September 5, 2015.

Officers say that Perry shot at them first, causing them to fire on the vehicle in which Kager’s 4-month-old son was also sitting in the backseat. He was unharmed.

Police call the shooting of Kager “accidental” but Gina Best, Kager’s mother, wants the names of the four officers responsible for the shooting.

“How do you do that when there’s a woman in the car? 30 rounds, 30 rounds! And they executed my baby in less than three hours of her being in Virginia Beach,” says a distraught Best in an online video.

She says she is totally devastated and she struggles every day with the loss of her daughter.

Best says she has two grandsons who she is fighting for and says she will never stop fighting for justice for her daughter.
