Injustices Against Minorities In America

By Dr. Vivian Anderson

In the Word of YAHWEH, which many call the capital GOD,  “…That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been, and GOD required that which is past, “ Ecclesiastes  3:15(that which is driven away).  Basically, this statement can be defined as, ‘if a nation  forgets its past, it is bound to repeat it.’ And this is truly happening across America in the name of the Confederate Monuments, flags, protest, murder, etc., etc., etc., and etc.,  to simply show how history is repeating itself.

When a people remove or exclude the LORD out of HIS place, you have to understand that, “Sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil, Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear … our … GOD(YAHWEH), which fear before HIM.  But it shall not be with the wicked, neither shall he prolonged his days, which are as shadow, because he fear not before GOD.” Ecclesiastes 8:11-13.

This brings understanding that the “Under GOD with Liberty and Justice for all” has been truly discarded in America and a daily reminder of  what Dr. Martin Luther King stated that, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

Why can’t those who suppress justice and due process of the laws understand that this nation, with every closing day, displays bona fide  Minorities as being deductively, strategically and subtly excluded from participation in the census, from participation in determining policies for socio-economic activity like education, housing, jobs, loans, federal, state, and local funding lawmaking, and even religion.

Minorities do not have the right to actively participate in a large range of things but the right to be excluded.  This is as a result of methodical, perpetual, and systematic clandestine obstructions designed for the express purpose to minimize and eliminate Minorities’ presence and participation within these United States.

Instead of having the right to exercise their rights to petition government, corporations, and interest groups, it appears that the odds are definitely against the well-being of Minorities with extreme prejudice, ultimately laced and/or bent towards gradual extinction.  One would not have to look far to see and discover that Minorities are somewhat excluding one another.

Minorities  have peaceably tried to petition government even with issues of public importance concerning the lives of hundreds of thousands of family members who are now dead, murdered and have been adversely impacted as a result of  governmental denials,  misappropriations, and/or influence peddling of corrupt political interests.

The poor and disadvantaged can’t fend for themselves while being denied their rights to redress of rights to life, liberty and property because of their poverty even with appropriate articulated issues.

How many times are Minorities faced with systematic discrepancies, inequalities and injustices that plaque their daily existence?  How many times are Minorities faced with the lies, deceit and indifferences from the powers and wiles of unprincipled leaders, coworkers, corporations, municipalities, etc., etc., and etc.?

Debt and money have become the tools of enslavement; they are used to determine Minorities socio-economic activity. They are used by the system to determine their status on the ‘totem poles.’  They are used to discriminate, disqualify and control.

They are used to refuse access of food denied credit and being evicted to the streets in the cold, which I can seriously relate to when I was forced to flee for my life, abandoning my home on six acres of land and forced to close down my business, all because I desired to see changes brought about as a Minority female handicapped senior citizen, business woman and chairperson on a board under federally protective activity.

Minorities have to learn how to stand together on a united front of justice, removing those of the mindset as one chief justice of the United States Supreme Court,  justice Roger Brooke Taney who said, “A Negro has no rights that a white man was bound to respect.” How dare he, when America was built on the backs of Minorities who have giving substantial contributions to the making of America and how they have been profusely adamant with repeated denial of the recognition they deserve.
