Farmers Insurance Hicks Hawkins Agency Announces Anniversary of Local Office Opening
NORFOLK
Dianna Hicks Hawkins, a Hampton Roads native and Virginia State University alumnus, announced the one year anniversary of her Farmers Insurance Hicks Hawkins Agency. The insurance agency is located at 3016 E. Princess Anne Rd., Suite D, Norfolk Virginia 23504, where it provides a wide array of insurance products to satisfy both personal and commercial needs.
Hicks Hawkins, AINS, API, who has more than 20 years of expertise in the insurance industry, said, “This is a huge accomplishment for my agency. I feel strongly that our presence in the area will continue to have a favorable impact in the community.”
Hicks Hawkins said her plans include hosting networking and social events to include educational seminars that cover topics such as the new flood plans and flood products, estate planning, life insurance seminars and much more. In addition, the Agency has plans to participate in several community events which includes plans to host a Teal Party which will highlight survivors and those who lost their battle with Ovarian Cancer.
According to Hicks Hawkins “my goal is to paint Hampton Roads Teal for the month of September which is Ovarian Cancer awareness month to increase awareness of this silent killer of women.” “I was diagnosed with a rare form of Ovarian Cancer, granulosa cell tumor, back in September 2014. My treatment plan included surgery and so far I’ve been doing well”
