E. George Minns was born December 2nd 1952 in Harlem New York. He is the son of U.S Army Sergeant George W. Minns and Mary B. Minns. Mr. Minns was educated in the Virginia Beach School System and a graduate of Surety Real Estate School. He is a Father to Son, George W. Minns II and Daughter, Mary Elizabeth Minns. Throughout his life, Mr. Minns has been an independent contractor for over forty years, with projects’ to include residential and commercial restoration.
