Congressman Scott Hosts 39th Labor Day Event

U.S. Congressman Bobby Scott (3rd District-D) opened his home to hundreds of persons on Labor Day for the 39th Annual Labor Day Picnic on the shores of his Newport News home.
Highlighting the event were state and Hampton Roads area elected officials who shared the spotlight with the Congressman during his welcoming remarks. Below are some scenes from an afternoon of politicking and picnicking under sunny skies.
