Cartoonist Walt Carr has been a freelance cartoonist for over 50 years and started drawing political cartoons in ’93. His work is carried in a number of Black newspapers across the country to include the New Journal and Guide. He recently published “JUST US”, a collection of his previously-printed cartoons. Walt resides in Maryland.
