Bridge Corner: December 10, 2015
HAPPY HOLIDAYS from Tidewater Bridge Unit (TBU)!!!
Bridge lessons anyone? TBU is off and running with affordable bridge classes being held at the Berkley Senior Center. Our Education Committee Chairperson, Lillye Holley, has done an excellent job of making sure that there are enough certified bridge teachers.
Each class is six (6) weeks long and the cost is $30. From 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 AM, there will be instruction (lecture); from 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., students will work with practice hands/deals. A minimum of three (3) students is required to run a class and the projected start-date for our SECOND six-week session is mid January, 2016. We have already started a sign-up sheet for classes in January. Don’t be left out – sign-up NOW!
