Chesapeake Sheriff Hosts Annual Football Camp


CHESAPEAKE
On June 25, Sheriff Jim O’Sullivan held his 6th Annual Free Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office Youth Football Camp. EJ Manuel, Buffalo Bills Quarterback joined Sheriff Jim O’Sullivan on day one and talked to the campers about his career and how to succeed in life on and off the field.
He also took photos and signed campers’ shirts. EJ was joined by his father Erik. There were a total of 160 children that came out and participated in the camp. This was the first year that a number of girls came out and participated in the Football Camp. On June 27, there was an award ceremony and a cookout for the families of the participants and volunteers.
