2017 Soiree En Blanc

The 5th annual Soiree En Blanc sponsored by the Toulon, France Committee of the Norfolk Sister City Association was held this year on a private waterfront residence near the Botanical Garden. The annual event is the committee’s major fundraiser for NSCA which is celebrating more than 50 years of international goodwill, currently with 11 foreign sistercities. The affair is an all-white attired and decorated chic dining event in an outdoor setting complete with quality food and wine. Shown are members and friends of the Tema, Ghana Committee.
